Disaster Strikes the ZeroGasoline Project …

Just like the last post, my computer “ate” this whole comment. I will come back and type it out later in greater detail.

We spent the day running the rear battery cables and wiring up the whole pack. We attempted to take it for a test drive, when we did the temporary motor support broke and the motor and transmission dropped to the ground. This caused the CV joint to break – so it now needs replacing.

This mistake will cost about a weeks worth of time and another $60. Luckily it wasn’t any worse.
